Nature of Our Services

Vimreloxwyxranor provides consultation services for computer assembly and component selection. Our services consist of expert advice, recommendations and guidance delivered through consultation sessions and written reports.

As our services are delivered digitally and consumed upon delivery, traditional product return policies do not apply. The following policy covers refunds and cancellations for our consultation services.

General Legal Requirements

Our services are provided in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act (New Zealand). Where the Act applies, you have statutory rights including guarantees as to acceptable quality and fitness for purpose. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act where the Act applies.

Return Period

Refund requests for consultation services must be submitted within seven days of your initial consultation session. Requests made after this period are not eligible for a refund under this policy (subject to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act where applicable).

Conditions for Return / Refund

  • Your request must be made within seven days of your initial consultation
  • Refunds may be considered where there was a significant failure in service delivery or the consultation did not address the stated objectives
  • Refund requests must be made in good faith. We reserve the right to decline requests that we believe are not made in good faith or where the service was delivered as promised

Cost of Return Shipping

Our services are digital (consultation and advice). There is no physical product to return and no return shipping applies. If in the future we supply goods, return shipping costs will be as set out in our terms at that time and in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act where applicable.

Return Process / Refund Procedure

  • Contact us via email or phone with your consultation details and a clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund
  • We will review your request within three business days and respond with our decision
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within seven business days to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Requests made more than seven days after the initial consultation
  • Follow-up sessions that have already been completed under standard or premium packages
  • Dissatisfaction based on external factors such as component availability, pricing changes or market conditions beyond our control
  • Issues arising from components purchased from third-party retailers or assembly performed by you or others

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Consultation sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no additional charge
  • If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, notify us at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund

Dispute Resolution

We encourage open communication to resolve any concerns about our services. Both parties agree to work in good faith to resolve any disputes before pursuing other remedies. Disputes are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
